Terms of service

1. The service

Reno Easy is online software for renovation and interior businesses: designs from photos, quotes, proposals, invoices, leads, bookings and marketing.

2. For businesses

Reno Easy is for businesses only. You confirm that you use it for your trade or profession, not as a consumer, and that you may bind your company to these terms.

3. Your account

One account per company. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at privacy@renoeasy.co if you think someone else has access.

4. Plans and payment

• Plans are paid in advance, per month or per half year, through Whop. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Your plan renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.
• Each plan includes a number of designs and videos per month. What you don't use doesn't carry over; extra credits you buy are valid in the month you buy them.
• We may change prices. We tell you at least 30 days in advance, and a new price only applies from your next period.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund a period that has started, unless the law requires it.

6. Your content

What you upload and make stays yours. You give us the right to store and process it, only to run the service for you.

You make sure you may use what you upload, such as photos of your clients' homes, and that your clients know you use Reno Easy for them. The processing agreement sets out how we handle their data.

7. AI results

Designs and videos are impressions, not exact plans: materials, sizes and colours can differ from reality. AI quote drafts are suggestions. Check quantities, prices and texts before you send anything; what you send to your clients is your responsibility.

8. Quotes, invoices and taxes

Reno Easy helps you make quotes and invoices, but it is not an accountant or a lawyer. You remain responsible for correct prices, VAT, the invoice rules of your country and your bookkeeping.

9. Fair use

Don't use Reno Easy for anything illegal, to send spam, to upload content you have no rights to, or to try to break, overload or copy the service. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

10. Availability

We do our best to keep Reno Easy running and your data safe, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We keep improving features; if we remove an important one, we tell you in advance.

11. Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the damage was caused. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, lost jobs, or lost data you could have downloaded. These limits don't apply to damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence.

12. Ending

We may suspend or end your account if you don't pay or seriously break these terms. When your account ends, you can still download your data for 30 days; after that we delete it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We tell you at least 30 days before an important change takes effect; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
